It really is. I just wish there was one closer to me. As it is, I'd have an hour round trip just to get to one. Now, one of them would be in Delaware so I wouldn't have to worry about state tax, but I'm not sure that makes up for the time and gas. I'm still debating whether I should go there for my non-CE games this fall.

If they develop a service for pre-ordering and offer the credit deals online, they could really make a move in game sales - especially if they had release day delivery.

Ah, can Journey not be played offline? I know there's the whole bit with randomly finding other players, but does that mean it can only be online? Demon's Souls has a pretty unique multiplayer that adds to the single player, but it isn't required to enjoy it.

You know, I haven't actually tried to download Flow. I really ought to though. I'm just on crappy satellite internet so I don't try much downloading on my consoles. Hell, I have a 200mb daily download limit. Is Flow bigger than that? >_<

Although at that point Dark Souls will be out and I don't know how much time I'll want to devote to playing Ico and SotC. I am so excited for Dark Souls I don't think I'll be playing anything else for a long time.

It's not too surprising. Kmart has been amazingly awesome for the last year/year and half with gaming deals. Pretty much every major release nets you a $20 coupon. if you plan on buying a lot of the fall releases, those can add up fast and save you a lot of money.

The store may suck, but the deals do not.

I'll be picking this up next week, I know it's out, but I have to wait till next week. I absolutely cannot wait. Both of these are two of my favorite games so I can't wait to replay them on a big TV with awesome surround sound.

Now if only they'd release this, Flower, and Flow all together on a disc. I have crappy internet - yes, too crappy to even download these. :(

I'm on the eastern shore and went over to DC today... it really is a pain in the ass. But it is within reasonable driving distance.


For some reason I didn't see the second half of your post earlier, but I'm in the same boat as you. I could get to this, but I want the CE of Uncharted 3 so it'd be a big waste of money.

I'm tempted to go, but I really want the CE of Uncharted 3....
