Well, now that I think about it, Kenzan doesn't necessarily indicate a surprise, it can also simply be an equivalent of "never fear, Underdog is here" type of expression.

The series is called Ryu ga Gotoku. Kenzan is the subtitle for the third game in the series, but not Yakuza 3. Kenzan, BTW, is a Japanese expression equivalent to "gotcha", "surprise" or "boo" in the US as an exclamation of surprising someone, it's often used as an expression for Samurai and Ninjas in modern Japanese pop culture.
