Guys put it this way when you buy window 7, Microsoft never actually sold it to you. You bought a licence that allows you to use it but there terms are you can not modify it ETC. This is the same case with Sony they sold you a piece of hardware but you are not allowed to Temper with the software. It is against there TOS. If GeoHot would have never tried to hack it we would have the other Os today because it was cause of him that Sony removed it.
