I'm sure I'll be in the minority but I'd donate some money for a sequel to the FPS. I loved that game.

I'm not sure how I feel about this because I quite liked the previous comment system, in many ways more so than any other site I visit.

I'm willing to give it a shot though.

@Brian Griffin - I never got the pro guitar so I may be misinformed but I was under the impression there were pretty extensive tutorials for the pro guitar.

Does Rocksmith do it better? Probably (I don't know since I never played that either) but the point really was that Harmonix has done that before, even if it could've been much better.

The poor reviews that this one is getting don't surprise me at all.

I saw it being played at PAX Prime last year and it looked terrible.

Should we take bets on how long until somebody reads only the headline, takes it to mean that they've reversed their decision to allow the game to import your music library, and comments on the story to complain?

@BlueRajasmyk - This comment is wrong on every single level:

1) It's a completely different take on the series that uses a controller instead of instruments so there's a bit more of a difference than just 'the track is curved'.

2) Rock Band 3 did the whole teaching you how to play an instrument thing before Rocksmith.

@Schlecht - I don't know quite how this one will work but the PSP game used the left/right directions on the d-pad and the square & circle buttons with the shoulder buttons allowing you to swap lanes (instruments).

I imagine this will be something similar, though it looks like they're only doing two notes per lane instead of four.

@spacemanroo - Given that the 25 songs can be used in Rock Band 3, I see no reason they wouldn't be new songs.

@uncolober - I know it's not going to be the popular opinion but you have a point there.

If you buy one version of Windows, it contains all versions of Windows on the disc but it only lets you install the version that you actually paid for.

It wouldn't shock me if Office was the same way, though I don't know for fact that it is.

See, that's complete 100% speculation on your part with no evidence to back it up.

If DLC didn't exist, they may have just never developed that content to begin with. It doesn't automatically mean that all of that content would've shipped with the game.
