Why don't you just buy the Hori Arcade stick?

FF7 Crisis Core receiving special edition in UK [updated]

Considering how badly the UK gets treated when it comes to game releases, its about time we got something the US didn't.

Atlus USA reveals 'Rondo of Swords' for DS

It looks way to much like Fire Emblem for me to take it seriously right now. Hopefully I'll be proven wrong.

British Prime Minister worried over knives in video games

Jan 15th 2008 9:19AM (Joystiq)
At least we dont have the annual school shootings that seem so prevalent in your country...

Anyway, Brown's got the right ideas, but he's going about them in the wrong way. Most people carry knives these days because they're worried about getting knifed themselves. Video games have nothing to do with this at all. Though at least he says the state getting involved would not be the right way to go.

The Tales of Vesperia trailer, destination console unknown

Dec 27th 2007 6:21AM (Joystiq)
The Tales' games tend to have pretty decent storylines too, so that combined with what GD86 said makes them very good by JRPG standards. I actually think that Tales of Symphonia is better than FF12, but that might be because I hated the battle system in FF12 more than anything else.

Anyway, I'm convinced that that's a 360/PS3 game. No other consoles have games that display in wide screen by default, and those kind of graphics would just not happen on a PS2 or Wii. I'm kinda anxious though, the last 2 Tales games on PS2 (Legendia and Abyss) never made it to Europe. On the other hand, we did get Tales of the World and Tales of Eternia on PSP, so I guess there's hope.

Suda 51 approved Europe's bloodless No More Heroes

Joystiq still havn't mentioned that Manhunt 2's appeal got lifted? They won the appeal in case you didn't know. And if you need blood in a game to make it good then you are very, very fucking shallow.

European No More Heroes removes bloody gameplay

As its been said before, the Japanese also got the no-blood thing. I think the only reason the US version got blood was because that was the only was it would sell to US gamers...

Supreme Commander confirmed for Xbox 360

Nov 14th 2007 12:53PM (Joystiq)
As awesome as the idea sounds (CnC3 on 360 was very good), I doubt this will turn out well. Seriously, Supreme Commander brought even the best of computers down to their knees - what makes them think the 360 will cope any better.

Hes a legend - no other developer would be so blunt.
