This is a news story because? It's like me writing a story on how I drew a picture of a Xbox/ wii/ PS3 on fire or something (plese no refrence to overheating). Why can't everyone not be a super fanboy. People can have their own opinions which are not going to be changed by comments such as Lamestation. Gosh just make your point you don't have to advertise Xbox 360, Wii or PS3. Nintendo supporters are people who either have supported Nintendo through good times and bad times or like the idea of the new inovative controller (this is a fact not bias). Xbox supporters probably bought an Xbox or played one often so are more inclined to get a 360. PS3 supporters probably have/ had a PS2 and like the product so will buy the sequel.
All of the so called fanboys are victims of a thing that businesses like to call Brand Loyalty. So stop squibbling an accept other peoples views!
Sony only want to invite 10 memebers of the general public of the US and give them some free stuff and they get critisised for that! It shows how bias people are on Joystiq. Remember there is no cost!
This must truly be next generation...............of people. I am saying this because my parents barely know how to set the timer on the oven or access the TV guide so if I got a Wii how would I explain to them that they can use this odd remote thing with some arrow buttons and a big circular one saying 'A' on it can actually write a message so that I will remember to eat the ice cream in the fridge. And even if I did tell them how to they would either forget within a couple of days, learn about the Wii and get addicted to Video gaming (not good) or mosty likely just use the old post-it notes and paper. Plus, I am not always going to go straight on to videogames as soon as I come home.
