I just got this game for my PS3 fat and it runs just fine, but I'll probably still get an HD-ified version if it's actually released.

Amazon Prime for game purchases= the only way to buy video games. Period.
Even if you want the game the day it comes out- Day of release shipping for free with Prime. Almost always a $10 credit towards another game, and prices are lower than any Gamestop I've been to.

What do these people (1% of PS3 owners) actually want for their "trouble"? How much money should be given for this kind of inconvenience? Because that's all it really is. It's a little inconvenient for a few users out there, but what do you users want?
Do you want ALL of your money back?
Do you want them to just buy back your PS3 and your games, so you now have NO PS3?
I mean, what is now missing in your life that you think Sony owes you buckets of money?

I hope that the worst case scenario is that these people sell back their systems and games, and are left with a few hundred dollars, sad because they no longer have a PS3 (and eventually buy one again- full price, without BC)

The d-pad on this is way better than the original 360 version. (anything is) That's the only reason to get this..
Also, you don't really need the 'super thumb fighter' bibs if you have the better d-pad. Those are for using the analog sticks. The PS3 d-pad is twice as good as the 360, and about equal to this. This has a 'softer' feel though.

But the SF Fightstick is really where it's at.

At least there won't be any iProduct ads. Oh, it's Microsoft.. It could be worse. One computer ad that annoys me more than Apple ads are Windows 7 ads.

Can you imagine a game review show that would actually give a bad rating to a game from MS studios on this channel?

Nobody is forcing the purchase of DLC here. The game is massive enough.

Also, (I'm talking to you Danny F.) how do you think this game "kinda short"?
If you want to get to the end as quick as humanly possible, you could do that in a relatively short 12-15 hours, but this is a choice. A bad choice.

There's a ridiculous amount of content in this game if you want to experience it. If you don't, then you probably don't like the game anyway so why bother.
40+ hours on one playthrough with re-playability is NOT short.
