@ebgolfin I don't use a case. I like a nekkid phone cuz it makes it look sexier. I've had many phones and I've yet to drop/break a single one. I don't see how that makes me a "massive douche"
@StepsAscend Exactly! Loosing one or two bars is no way the same as having the call completely drop. This is a very good example of the Apple reality distortion field.
Wow, I'm hella digging this. Skibadee is on here? N.O.R.E. RZA? OmG omg there is so much potential. But Eww, lil wayne, soulja boy, gaga, and new boyz? Ugh, we'll hopefully they have VERY few tracks.
@Antiapple I like and own both. Though I do like the PS3 more. It's all personal preference really. I could go on and on about the pluses and minuses of both systems but honestly people buy these things for the games. I tend to play more challenging games MGO, Demon's Souls etc. While the 360 seems to cater to the simpler FPS market. I see no clear winner. Well...except for xbox when it comes to live's revenue, jesus 1 billion is a whole lota friggin money.
It's a shame J Allard no longer works at Microsoft. Before him Microsoft was just it's OS and office program as far as the average consumer is concerned. Then this guy brought Xbox and the under-appreciated zune/zune marketplace, thereby bringing about the windows 7 phone and almost brought--RIP--the friggin jesus tablet Courier. Wouldve been interesting to see what real Pink would have been. Hell J Allard is...was the face of Microsoft's innovation. Microsoft is the company it is today in large part because of this man. Whenever he goes back into the job market I hope which ever company picks him up really gives the guy the tools to drive where ever he wants. I see nothing but good ideas from this guy. Microsoft made a big mistake letting him go. Back to being Vanilla i guess. I'm so disappointed.
Here's to hoping there will be major changes before release. I desperately want to pay a good Star Wars MMORPG. Actually gameplay and screenshots tell me this isnt it =(
I like this idea. Reminds of terminal server / client connections except for the general consumer instead of business. Instead of the "eject" method though I prefer the ts client method of selecting the server you want to connect to and simply login. All your information, open windows, typed in docs, etc. simply reappear to where you've just moved and logged into. But maybe with continuous client instead of choosing a server, this is automatically configured somehow. Or maybe you can pick and choose what gets transfered over.
As an application, continuous client might make having an actual operating system a waste because i could see my self only using this application rather than the OS it's running on for most of the things i do... Maybe instead you have a simple OS, Google OS for example, which would act as a terminal server and your tablet, phone, laptop would run an app to transfer the session once logged into.
Basically we need a super easy terminal server and client application for the consumer as this can basically already be done with a Windows server and some thin clients or a remote session. And it has to look cool. I think that's important no?
