Only about $40 more than my DS Phat.

it's most likely multicolored fish paste.

Mmm, yum... fish paste...... XP

Sure they look cool, but personally I wouldn't be able to stomach seaweed and fish paste.

One hundred push-ups challenge -- I'm doing it. Are you?

After 40, I just get bored with doing them, so I stop for a while, drop back down, and then work my way back up until I get to the same point where doing so many repetitions is... well... repetitious / monotonous.

Nintendo: Hardcore gamers 'critically important to us'

Jul 22nd 2008 12:41PM (Joystiq)
If half of you guys threatening to sell your Wiis actually had the cojones to do so, the 2nd-hand market should be flooded with Wiis by now. But it isn't.
By the way, still no Wiis to be had around here. Plenty of 360s and PS3s, but no Wiis. Lookin' to buy if someone's lookin' to sell.

Joystiq E3 hands-on: What's Cooking? With Jamie Oliver

Jul 21st 2008 8:42PM (Joystiq)
What about "Cooking Guide" to be released in November? Sure it's not as fancy with a 'game' part, but as an 'interactive cookbook' it looks pretty schnazzy.

And for those who complain about titles like these for the DS, I actually really like these things because not only does it expand the DS's use, but for those non-male, non-13-30-year-olds, this provides some utility to an entertainment device. Plus look at all the uses the DS is getting in Japan whereas it's still just a 'game device' everywhere else.

Top 5: Nintendo's Biggest "Mehs"

4 - The other links you gave require excess peripherals to play, thus raising the cost of the game as well as decreasing storage space. With Wii Music (which, I was really looking forward to ever since the first teaser trailer) all you need are extra controllers, which most people already have multiples of by now.
3 - Pokemon Games and transferring. 'Nuff said. I don't own two GBAs, but I own a GC and a GBA. Much transferring was had and I certainly get my use out of it. When I played Wind Waker, it was a cute addition, as well.
2 - I thought the E-Reader did well in Japan? I know there were plenty of card packs released over there that I wanted but were never released state-side.

Rumor: Sony set to introduce 'break apart' PS3 motion controller

Jun 14th 2008 2:43PM (Joystiq)
Seriously, if they make a beer-can hat controller, it'd rock so hardcore. Imagine playing virtual drinking games while actually drinking!
