I can hold out for an announcement, til Skyward Sword, then I'm modding and importing, and NOE might localise the Last Story as well.

If Nintendo Wii was the only system I owned, I'd be so pissed right now. Sure wouldn't put all my eggs in the WiiU basket.

can you list some titles that you think are "core" games that maybe I or other readers have ignored?

NMH was decent; I didn't like Madworld; Conduit/Red Steel aren't bad but I don't like FPS's; Arc Rise looks really average; FF:CC Crystal Bearers was the biggest disappointment I've ever had with a game; I already owned Okami and RE4; I bought Tri but didn't get hooked; Silent Hill was scary good til the Ice Capades... so that leaves Sin & Punishment 2 -- one of my favorite games of the generation which I bought the day it came out, and again when I lost it during a move.

Battalion Wars 2, Deadly Creatures, and Fragile are the the only games I regret not having picked up yet. Am I missing anything?
