I'm not really understanding the complaint that there are no more "obtuse" quests, and that quests are combat focused. The first two deathspank's quests were uninspired to say the least, and were either fetch quests or attack x and y. It just sounds like the game hasn't changed much, which is fine with me

Agreed, theres apparently tons of people disappointed after that first trailer, expecting some kind of 'mature and refined' zombie game, whatever that means. It was their misconception of what the game is (assumed too much from that trailer) that makes them disappointed, not the game itself.

Besides, i'd guess that a grown up zombie game would be not fun.

@blessrok I'd put this demo second worst (that I've played) on the 360 to Quantum Theory. Overall it's probably top 5 worst I've ever played, though to be fair I don't really remember many bad demos from my ps2 days, must have blocked them out.

Maybe this was just a case of the demo not being representative of the game? Because the demo had bad combat, bad visuals and bad platforming. The art direction was interesting, but this was definitely one of the worst demos I've ever played.

It honestly looks a little Alpha Protocol-y to me. Not the worst thing ( I liked AP) but I expected more uniqueness from a Deus Ex game

apparently yeah, that's crazy that this game was announced and a few months later splosion man came out. and I was talking about this one, I'm aware of that whole capcom fiasco.
