If it's set in China then the key phrase is most likely 'SINO GIMP IG FCC', obviously referring to some kind of S&M setting that might be too much for the FCC. I would bet that 'IG' is a word in Chinese.
Unlike some I actually quite liked Apocalypse. Originally it was supposed to be possible to capture enemy agents just like capturing stunned aliens and use those in diplomacy and interrogation. Hoping the game expands like that on the XCom formula.

This is a good thing. Games where developers try to force their story into a set of strict constraints, like for movie-game adaptations, often become fail. Freedom to take the story in a new direction tends to spark the creativity.
Why do people even buy games like this for consoles?
Yak yak, I know "some people don't have PCs!". Well, the thing is, consoles are great for linear FPS games or "simple" games. Everyone knows or should know that the Elder Scrolls games are huge and complex masses of very messy scripting and variables. The PC simply has far more flexibility, both in terms of resources available, in terms of patching, and in terms of fan made patches. Not to mention that you can use the console as a rescue button if everything else fails.
An Xbox controller for the PC is, what, $25? Saves you a world of grief.
I had an idea for a game like a combination of this and Counterstrike.
The Ts look like civilians and can wander randomly at a train station or airport and have concealed handguns that they can pull out. The CTs have rifles and body armor. Would have been pretty epic.
Firstly, I'm looking forward to some good modder implementing these units already now. Shouldn't present great problems with all the videos showing speed, range etc.
Secondly, Protoss can obviously copy any of the new units with the 200/200 cloner. Might even see Viper "pull battles" where a Protoss viper pulls a Zerg viper towards stalkers - then it gets pulled back by another viper etc. Also I really doubt if colossi end up being pullable, it would just be totally insane. All roaches with 2-3 vipers to pull colossi out of the death ball = instant win.
I suspect that the new Terran walker is really because they didn't anticipate magic boxing on the thors - so most likely it'll have a much bigger damage area. Terran are really the ones who got shafted here with no potentially game-breaking units.
