Plus he was commander-in-chief of Britain's military, so you don't have to worry about pissing off Americans by killing Benjamin Franklin or something.
While I understand the ESA has legal fees they need reimbursed for this debacle, I sure wish they hadn't taken a cool million from my already bankrupt state. And we wonder why college tuition goes up every year
