Dude seriously why is it you ALWAYS have the first comment?

And not only that. Can't you think of a name that isn't a rip off of some kind of popular franchise?

Exactly. I won't lay down the cash until there is a game that really wows me. And i think a lot of other consumers feel that same way.

This reminds me of way back in the early 90's when PC demos and trial versions of games were like 20% of the retail games cost... however, they usually had a decent amount of length to them (like this does).
To me, this is both a positive and a negative.

Listen, who cares about graphics? MMO's take a TON OF RAM to run smoothly and if you try to cram a ton of graphics/textures into it, the framerate will drop to nothing. I mean seriously, when you think about it, aren't the smoothest running games always the most fun? The first thing I thought about Shank when I played it the other day was "Wow, the fps is great!"
Same thing with Red Faction Guerilla, and yes, even Call of Duty. But why do these games have good framerates? Because they put their time in the things that count rather than wasting an insane amount of time on textures.

I'll take gameplay smoothness over graphical resolution (and bells and whistles) anyday.
