I really don't blame xbl for banning it I mean it's their choice what they want to have or not. What really annoyed me was that Osnaz referred to the emblem as a "hateful symbol" which it isn't. It was more or less innocent before the Zazi party adopted it.

"hateful symbol" seriously, nazi's adopted this symbol which was previously used for various religions. So lets say I decide to kill every black and mexican in existence and use Barney to represent my party, should Barney be banned from everyones use for the rest of our races existence?
This type of thinking is just as short sighted as the mentality that brought the Nazi's to power and ultimately their dissolution.
