#4, It probably wouldnt play out the same,a couple months back i read a report in england where a news reporter handed in wallets and bags at a couple different train stations and police stations and only like 2 out of 7 returned them, the other 5 said they nether had them to begin with.

Is this whole "lets sue cause we have a kinda similar patent" thing only in america? I dont really hear alot about this in other places...Seems kinda pathetic really, getting loads of patents for obscure things in the hope of a rich company using something similar then suing

I'm most definately a Nintendo fanboy...yes I admit it and yes this news just adds to the multiple reasons why sony are rubbish spouting fools but let me just say..."It is possible that the data isn't fully true" For now I shall keep a wait and see stance but really, this wouldnt be surprising in the least

I'm pretty sure that standby law hasnt come into place yet...I'm guessing its because Sony want to say "We sold all our product instantly!" instead of people not buying it because they got an American or Japanese one
