Nov 23rd 2011 1:41PM (Joystiq)i'd say late demo's lose sales more than anything. in the case of Rage and Resistance 3 (which now both have demo's), i rented them to see if they were worth anything, and proceeded to enjoy and finish both. (they were short-ish!) ..and now there's no reason to buy them :/
as much as a demo can turn people off, it can make a lot of sales.
