what i dont get is why ppl are so stupid its a used game so it all depends on if the original owner used the download code or not. For that matter some 360 games come with 48 hour live trials if i buy it used and sum1 used it should i sue?...according to all the stupidity in this country yes i should. Long story short people are dumbasses and need to stop sueing for thier own stupidity.
