Im really concerned about this. DA was supposed to be Baldurs Gates successor and didn't truly live up to it, although it was a great game. With this news its pretty much sealed that this game wont be like it either.

Oh well, it is EA so this is expected. By DA 3 the game will probably be like Mass Effect...

Nothing wrong about using Source for HL3. It runs great, theres very few bugs at this point, Valve is awesomesauce and yeah, thats about it.
