I returned my copy of Spore and put it towards a Fable 2 pre-order.

I think it's hilarious how they think DRM is going to stop people pirating the game. All it's doing is making it frustrating for the users who actually bought it.

For instance, I bought the collectors edition only to find out that EA had given me a faulty serial key. Then I had to deal with their HORRIBLE support line at $3 per minute, only to be told to email them (which I had already done with no helpful response).

I was furious with EA after that, to the point I plan to never purchase another EA title ever again until they clean up their act.

Glad I took the game back, I'd be better off pirating it. Not that I'd even bother, since the game is a steaming pile of shit anyway.

The creature creation tools are truly brilliant, sadly that doesn't make a good game.

I remember a show called Good Game did a little interview with the guys from a Australian animation studio called "Plastic Wax", I actually remember seeing non-rendered footage of that Raptor popping his head up and looking at Lara. Took me a while to figure out why it looked so familiar.

Yeah, I happen to be an animator from Newgrounds myself... And Phoenix Wrong is pretty low down there when it comes to quality and humor. You've got to be pretty stupid to see through the fact its just stolen joke after stolen joke. Plus the graphics are just all stolen as well, so it really has nothing going for it.

My plans changed. I was leveling my first character to 60 for Burning Crusade... I didn't think I was going to make the deadline, but now I think I have more time then I really need. I'm going to get to 60, get standard gear then call it a day. I'll only come back to my account once Burning Crusades is out. And I'm sure a lot of people are looking at the same plan. And I'm sure Blizzard have been noticing.

Fable 2.

It's bound to blow us away, hopefully with more diverse terrain to explore then its previous linear design. I'm expecting something to the extent of Oblivion landscaping. But with a much stronger sense of where you need to go and what you need to see. I believe Lion head studios will blow everything out of the water with the sequal. I'm looking foward to its release. Infact I'm not getting a 360 till it's being released. It WILL be the best real time action MMO of all time.
