@Anticrawl I have no idea where you bought your games. But what you said in no way applies to all Mexico. I have no idea what shady 'Retail' store you visited but I can tell you this; Legit retail stores have no, zero, pirated software and accessories. All of them sell legit, original games and first party and third party accessories. And yes, tons of people in Mexico buy legit copies of hardware and software. I have tons of gamer friends, all with Wiis, 360s and PS3s, and all of them have refused to mod their consoles to buy pirated games, because their game collection makes them proud. So please don't generalize just because you bought $2 dollar games crossing the border.

And, regarding videogame censorship, I do believe that more important things should be done instead of banning a game in Mexico. We all suffer from Cartel shooting and killings and I'm nowhere near Juarez. But banning a game that glorifies cartels and drug trade, especially in a country that suffers such things in a daily basis, is a good idea. And yes, parents do a crappy job at respecting videogame ratings. And I believe that's because ratings have not been made clear, have not been promoted and have not been given the same importance as the game promotion itself.

Does this weapon do extra damage or something similar, or is it just golden?
