I think they were just way too ambitious with this game. You can't moan that you couldn't fit everything on a single Blu-Ray when the game took seven years to develop with staff getting treated like crap.

Yeah, it's a frequent glitch where there's more than one piece of foreground music going on at the same time making it sound loud and compressed. If you listen carefully you'll be able to hear the different pieces of music overlapping. Sign of a well-tested game right there.

I think you're being a bit too hard on MS there. Surely they're not stupid enough to switch off your console while you're watching a DVD/ Movie?

I had that problem with my first Xbox (would even come up with disc unreadable while playing a game) and they replaced it free of charge.

Chrono Trigger is an awesome game. Having replayed it recently, I can tell you it's pretty darn easy as far as RPGs go (bar the odd boss fight). You can avoid all non-mandatory fights and still have really strong guys. Still an excellent game though and just as good as FF6.
