Should you buy an iPad 2? Here's what the reviews say...

I got to agree that many who have not held the Samsung would be pleasantly surprised, but the build quality does feel cheap in comparison even though I really love the form factor.

Battlefield 3 gameplay footage, 'Back to Karkand' DLC confirmed

Wow the environment looks impressive. The spot in the middle of the trailer where they are inside a building turning a corner to some stairs and there is light peering in doesn't feel like a square box like most games, that really caught my attention.

Heard they are gonna demo this at the start of next month at a game conference, can't wait to see a little extended game play and to see how they have really upped the ante on the destructive environment.

Super excited.

Battlefield 3 stops by 'Paris, Tehran and New York,' down to 24 players on console

Oh holy cow! Did you just say leveled!

Instead of the current smallish structures, in my head I imaging one of these mammoth buildings stripped down to a metal skeleton with players form both sides on different floors not even knowing each other were there... then a few moments later well placed explosive or tank shot causing the whole giant thing go down in smoke and flames with all of em still inside!

It would be neat to see the battles feel like they take place one on one in the closed locations (like a rainbow six) and to walk out through a door way and suddenly be thrust back into the larger battle.

What an amazing thought.

Wow, I didn't know lighting could make me so happy. This is impressive. Looks as if they are working to really create better environments ... with a couple demonstrations really showing far more dense urban areas with drastically varied lighting.

This may really change the feel and create some great hiding spots right next to broad daylight if the lighting is this dynamic. Could really change the feel of the gameplay if used for effect, and the look could get dramatically better if environments are lit for style.... you know, like a movie set on a Tim Burton or David Fincher movie.

I know its just a demo, but when a company asks you to practice... you are practicing something they already have a specific use for in mind.

Can't wait.

Microsoft has spent 3.2 billion dollars from R&D to develop two of these busses in a partnership with Xzibit.

Much like a white cease-fire flag, they have been codenamed "the short bus of friendship". Microsoft plans to park one at Apple's and the other at Adobe's headquarters.

Glad you are having a late night laugh with me... That was an odd article?!

Love the Fallon idea!

Alright, phone makers, line up, drop your drawers and get the measuring stick. Seems pretty childish, seeing who can piss further...

I would prefer an article with some sort of demonstration of practical application of this or at least the writers interesting spin on why this is relevant for this device.

"Stay tuned for the next article on how high my lifted truck is and how sweet that dirtbike that I never ride looks in the back... "

Seriously late on this one, but just read it. Hilarious. Probably my favorite Peter Quote EVER.
