An AO rating in america is just as bad as a ban in Europe, major online or store retailer will sell it, including Gamestop/EB games. I definitely wouldn't be able to find a copy in my town because thats all we have so its practically banned in America too. The difference between an AO rating in America and 18+ in Europe is that Europe will sell 18+ games in any store, an AO rating in America wont sell well at all, if any.
