Abuuuuhhh. Many people here do not know what 1080p/720p even mean. Go read up on wikipedia. For short, 1080p is 1920 × 1080 res, and 720p is 1280 x 720, and i stands for interlaced, which divides the field rate by 2, making 1080i worse than 720p, BUT NOT 1080p.

I have an old 720p LCD, its 2 years old, and works damn fine with my PS3.

Well i know my Sony stuff works great,
as for Shade, goob bye Oblivion/MS fans. and, you have to count all the playable/offline Final Fantasys, none of which come for Xbox, GT is a really good game too. As for the Wii, is has SSBB, that says it all and gives you ENOUGH reason to buy one.

As for me, im getting all 3 lol, i just wait for them to appear on a local online flea market for like 100 bucks less.
