Now all my buddies know that I am a huge MMO junkie and I'm a sucker for a good (or even decent) RTS. But this just sounds...well horribly boring. Maybe some gameplay videos prove me wrong though.
Oh and where the hell is Huxley? I don't get why all of these MMO makers fail so hard. Their games are so addicting they'd make bank if they just took a crack at the console market (I'm looking at you Blizzard).
The bigger question here is why he needed to write it down in the first place. Its not like he couldn't have just told Otis, considering the second he decided to write this down, Frank probably recieved a phone call from him.
I'm so excited for this (even though I'm not in the beta). Warcraft III TFT scenarios have been some of my favorite games ever (battle tanks, *insert random name* tower defense, dota, what have you). I think I heard somewhere that this new one is capable of creating first/third person maps as well, which i think will be hella cool (and the closest thing to SC Ghost we'll ever get).
Plus I've always been a fan of the RPG's people make out of these like NOTD or SWAT. Does anyone remember Tides of the Serpent?
This video lead me to believe that the manager was most impressed by the decrease in time it took to train employees.
Was it seriously taking too long to get employees to shake the fries into the fry-container? And are employees really taking the game home and playing it over the weekend?
Apparently Japanese McDonald's workers will play anything on the NSDS...er NDI...or whatever you new-fangled kids are calling it nowadays.
But my problem with this is that its like the game is weird, just to be weird. I hear that works in the fashion industry, but it just annoys the hell out of me in games.
