I guess she rose from the grave to make predictions that cannot possibly come to pass in such a short time frame. Hey Sandy, why not predict that those digital download devices will also be installed in our hydrogen-fueled cars that drive themselves. Yes, it will all happen EVENTUALLY... Just not in 5 years.

There are a dozen 360's at Fry's in the valley and I counted 8 of them at BB in West L.A.

FWIW there were also lots of PS3's on the shelf. No Wii's at either location. If the PS3 is outselling the 360 it's because people want one more than they want a 360, NOT because of some bogus "shortage". I think the only thing Microsoft currently has a shortage of is plausible excuses for falling to 3rd place in console sales...

With so few franchises, they really could just put all of them on ONE shirt.

Reason number 11:

Replaying Uncharted is still more fun than playing many games for other consoles for the first time.

mccomber is 100% right. This is a roast. Enjoy the show. Anyone who complains about Raiders of the Lost Ark is obviously playing for laughs.

Or maybe they can contract ENRON to design and build their new power brick to reduce RRoD frequency.

Is there any truth to the rumor that Steve Balmer has decided to release a laserdisc attachment for the xbox360? Perhaps a UMD attachment? That would really let Sony have it!

So, Toshiba. How's that decision to walk away from the negotiating table when the Blu-ray consortium was offering to unify the formats working out for ya?

If I were a stockholder in Toshiba, I would demand that heads roll for that colossal blunder.

Even if they make a 360 with an integrated Blu-ray player, I'd still rather use a PS3 to watch movies on because I don't have to worry about it RRoD on me in the middle of a movie.

Gotta go back to playing Uncharted. I like it even better than Bioshock.

Sony has their top secret R&D team working on porting it over to the PS3. This is the same team that is responsible for the tech in Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. It is rumored that this team is actually located within the same confines of ND. Will they succeed? If anyone can it's probably them, but we shall see.
