So let me get this straight... The game was rated "T for Teen" yet I had to input my birthday to watch the video because it was mature?

This is precicely why I don't have a credit card or paypal account attached to my game console accounts.

When I want to buy points, I go to the corner drug store and buy a points card. When I need to renew my XBL account, I again go to the corner drugstore or gamestop and buy a 1 year card

And when I order something online from Amazon or some other vendor, I always delete my card info after a purchase.

If Pinball FX2 was the top selling XBLA title (mainly because the base version was free), I have high hopes for the forthcoming Pinball Arcade.

Why? Because they simulate REAL TABLES including some newer ones from Stern. Plus there is supposed to be DLC "for years to come".

If this bill passes, two things will happen:

A. The video game industry will experience a backlash not seen since the early 80's and will crash.

B. It will get taken to court and get overturned on free speech grounds

Of course none of the Sony music branches aren't backing down. Them and the RIAA are the main reasons why this bill even exists.

As much as I hate to say it, it's still going to pass. The federal government quit listening to the general population about 10 years ago.

But I DO believe when it does pass, it will face many a court challenge, and eventually be overturned on free speech grounds.

Every article that's written about the Vita make me want it even less.
