I was really interested in this game, especially with the whole Crackdown 2 issues. But right now it feels like this is just a let down.

They wanted to, but Microsoft didn't green light Crackdown 2 until they were deep into APB.

Well, the people who bought MW2 didn't buy it for the single player. I generally don't play multiplayer, so MW2 is completely out of it for me. I'm not paying $60 for a 5 hour campaign. This is why I would support Uncharted, but it is a "me" thing. Bioshock delivered a compelling story without sacrificing length. I don't know if IW is unwilling to try and make a 8-10 hour game, or just can't get enough from the story to warrant it.

I'm curious about the processor issue as well. I will admit that cellphones are not my big thing. But, due to technical and size limitations, wouldn't a 550Ghz processor be fine? Some people seem okay, other not. Plus since Motorola seems to be throwing in a separate GPU unit, doesn't that negate the problem? But like I said, I don't know enough about cellphones to make the call (all puns intended).

While I can see a FFVI remake, I can't see a FFVII remake. The reason why is there is so much goofy stuff that goes on in the game that it would look really awkward in today's graphics.

I agree. It is almost like saying that whenever a bad kids movie comes out, those adults that are reviewing it should view it from the kids side since they are the ones that want to see it.

Kids like even bad movies. So that wouldn't work. It is the same thing with video games. Kids will choose really bad games. So should we give bad games good reviews just because kids might like them?

How many times have we had "good" reviews of movies that are honestly just as bad as the movies that some people rally against. I refer to it as the artsy fartsy syndrome. Basically, there is some form of over qualified artsy movie requirement, but it doesn't necessarily make something a good movie (I tend to ignore movie reviews in general, and decide by the commercial how cheesy something is).

But lets face it, there are so many movies that have been reviewed good to great by by the artsy film critics that, in the end, are nothing more than drama garbage. For proof, just look at the list of the Academy Award nominees and winners of Best Film. I'm lucky if I've seen 25% of the films nominated in the last 10 years. And many of those films will be forgotten in 10 years.

I'm with you there. I played the game through the first mission, and put it down when I saw that problem. I mean, I just walked over a hill, turn around to walk back, there are guards back at the %$#@ING POST! I JUST KILLED THOSE GUYS! I will probably go back to the game this summer, but that was just ridiculous
