Lol the pirates already hacked it! Kinda sad for Ubi, they put this useless DRM crud inside their game, and a month later a 100% working crack is out. I believe that is something called epic fail. Ubisoft kept bragging saying that their game remained uncracked, and their DRM works, and that piracy has gone down 73.37 percent and blada blada blada bla, and then a month later they get their ass handed to them. Now some idiots gonna say how come we dont complain about MMO games. So I will put this in to answer ur stupid questions. An online game is where ur playing with other people. That means that they need to connect to a server to interact with the game, so other players can see what they chat, where they are, and stab a sword through their gut. For AC2, you dont need DRM! Its completley single player, meaning if there was no DRM, and ur Internet died out, you would still be able to play it. So if my ISP or their servers decide to shut off for a few hours, im locked out of my game, unable to play it, or even save my progress! I refuse to buy a game where I dont actually own it, no I just own the right to turn it on if Ubisoft and my ISP feel like letting me play. For example, lets say microsoft feels like putting DRM on all PCs, and their server is down. Then I wont be allowed to turn my PC on because some stupid server is out. Sereiously Ubi, get rid of DRM.
Ubisoft DRM authentification server is down, Assassin's Creed 2 unplayable
