Not to start anything here, but paying to purchase a game and then paying more for an extra service sounds a lot like Live. This proposed Gamestop service at least adds a unique feature that wasn't initially included with the purchase of the game. .

Well, I don't want to pay for Xbox Live but I have at least 200 retail PS3 games. Then there's PSN and my PSP titles. I wouldn't say that's cheap. That's smart. Why would I pay for something I can get free?

I'll preface this by saying my gaming philosophy is I like to play games. Quality games in an infinite number of genres on an infinite number of systems. That being said I have way more 3rd party exclusives on my Wii then I have individually on my PS3 or 360 games.

Of course, Move ports are cutting the number of those 3rd party exclusives.

They could likely establish a resting heart rate before you start playing and then kick in the special effects/responses when your heart rate increases outside your norm. I don't know about the sweaty palms though. Maybe rub an antiperspirant on there.
