@The Joy of Cooking DeMat No way, I'd rather see him in Tatsunoko vs Capcom 2 as he fits more in that universe.

Wolfenstein 3D recreated (with alarming accuracy) in LittleBigPlanet 2

Looks a bit disorentating but if they can fix that it will be awesome. As it is now, it's still impressive and kudos for putting a arrow in to help players find the next enemy.

Poker Night at the Inventory review: A bad beat

Nov 30th 2010 6:33AM (Joystiq)
If what Brad says is true, then the only reason to go for this game is if you play Team Fortress 2 and want to win items for the classes. I was really hoping this would be a good game and not just some quick fanservice. But no multiplayer and half-assed poker dosen't really make me want to buy what is essentialy DLC for TF2, even if it is cheap.

Again, for TF2 fans, this is a no brainer purchase but for those who were expecting a texas hold'em poker game with some added charm, it's a crushing disapointment :(

Splatterhouse review: All guts, no glory

Nov 30th 2010 6:31AM (Joystiq)
@asojax Honestly, the original Splatterhouse games weren't that good. The only thing it had was a dark atmosphere, grotesque visuals and gore, which helped it stood out from other games at the same time. If you took all that away you would have had a repittive game.

If your saying this is a homage to the Spaltterhouse games, then your pretty much saying "yeah this is repititve but it has lots of gore! Squee!"

It looks like at best it's a decent game for the weekend rental or bargin bin purchas.

Looks like a solid game and the PSP over here in Europe could do with some more support from Japanese studios.
