Nov 20th 2006 10:49PM (Joystiq Xbox)Wow... reading that entire post, my jaw dropped, but thankfully it was all in fun. But yeah I see the Sony fanboys state many of those arguments. And up until recently, I feared that the PS3 was going to squash the 360, but after playing it at a demo kiosk, I have have came to the realization that there is just no "soul" to it. On the 360, there is, you feel it when you unlock an achievement, or play an old or new favorite on XBLA, or even when you jump into a Coop match on Gears. there is ALOT of ingenuity to it, It doesnt feel like it was thrown together at the last minute as it is with the PS3. And they won't even touch the casual gamer audience with a 600 dollar price tag. Even their backwards compatability is lame, I mean not even upscaling to Hi def on a console that is supposed to be totally hi def is just plain nuts. One thing i want to know is that w/o the inclusion of rumble, what happens when you try to pick a lock in Splinter Cell: Chaos theory? is it even possible? Well these are just my thoughts and opinions.
