'Next, just because people can point out a lot of inaccuracies doesn't mean they don't have a life.'
*chuckles* Yes, it does. But come on, it's not a bad thing. One maybe devotes a few hours of their life to truly understand certain concepts. One spends a few days to totally integrate said concepts into their brain.
Take the boys in South Park, for example. Fine when they just chilled playing the game, until they began the 'grind', such a metaphor for truly being sucked into the game (the final sentence of the episode reflects this point: 'Now we can play the game!'). But again, this isn't particularly a bad thing. One's mindset is focused on this particular game, and many things come before it.
This isn't uncommon for many WoW/MMORPGers at all. The only reason some people look down on it is because it's video games. But if you ask me, Racer-nubs are just as bad.
I hate that WoWers did that with this episode, but I respect their ability to be able to do it. I know I got certain things most wouldn't. However, it's the nerds, and the obsessed who go too far, and almost scold the creators of the show for their inaccuracies. Like the Rogue template for Cartman, or calling Kenny a Ranger. Sheer semantics. Anyways, that's my 5 cents.
