U said Wii has a shitty online component, at least it's wireless out of the box(unlike 360), for fucks sake the DS( which i can get for 60 pounds used) has wireless. 360's wireless adaptor costs 60 quid on it's own. Wii may not have the graphics power, but at least we don't get raped into buying peripherals which should be the standard for a console dat costs $400/280 pounds. Now shut da hell up

The specs weren't pre e3 2006 rubbish, they came out after E3. It is a '1.1Ghz PowerPC processor.' It has been reported on many sites, but never confirmed, you could dismiss it as hearsay but the 750Mhz specs have never been confirmed either. Also it would explain why some Wii games look really great, they couldn't achieve Galaxy with 750 MHz.
P.S (Most Wii launch window games looked like fried turd, because they were based off Gamecube dev kits and/or were ports.)

m8, i think the ign 729mhz wii wasn't the final version m8. The final one was apparently clocked at 1.1 GHZ and had 1 mb ST- RAM ( i think, but these numbers dnt mean much 2 me, cept 4 clock speed)

Most americans don't seem to care about HD either, in North America, in February, the Wii and DS were the top 2 selling formats. Also in january wii was top. Also in the UK we don't care about 'Nex gen' graphics because the Wii is outsold the PS3 and 360 over Easter here as well.

with all due respect, saying ps3 isn't doing poorly in japan is wrong. It is flopping hard, compare this weeks sales of ps3 to the ps2 at this point in its life and you'll c a huge difference. I think ps3 is gna sell about the same as n64 in japan

@ackmondual...wiki is wrong, go on vg charts... the numbers on
wiki
are the shipped figures for psp and the numbers for the ds are what
nintendo announced as of 31st december 2006, go on vg charts to see
the current figures.. However 1 problem with the vg charts figures
for psp, recently sony announced 5 million psp's had been shipped to
japan, however vg say psp has sold 5.5 million in japan, so u need to
take a bit off for that. anyway check vg charts, they say 40 million
ds and 21 million psp (rounded up).
