Hulk smash new Marvel pinball table next year

Dec 23rd 2011 8:27PM (Joystiq)
Nice to see Joystiq covering pinball. Still waiting for them to post a story about Pinball Arcade, which was announced over a month ago :(

Mystery Move game in development, courtesy of Plastic and Sony Santa Monica

I won't pass judgment until I see more of the actual game, but I'm intrigued. Right now it looks like it's a "caress objects" game. What else can you caress?

Medieval Moves preview: Sporty skeleton

@Xoonaka
Mentioned here: "Presented on rails in a sort of hybrid 1st/3rd-person view, players control skeleton prince Deadmund as he attempts to rescue his kingdom."

Fallout: New Vegas' Lonesome Road DLC dated Sept. 20, new DLC packs announced

@thenutman69321 Thanks for the info, everyone. Looks like I should crack that baby open and start playing. In Fallout 3 I would save all the time - did you know you can't have more than 230 saves for a PS3 game? :D

Fallout: New Vegas' Lonesome Road DLC dated Sept. 20, new DLC packs announced

I know there were problems with the game being a tad.... unstable when it was first released. Have those problems been fixed yet? My Collector's Edition is still sitting sealed because I've had other games to play, and I'm wondering whether I should bust it out.

Burnout Crash trailer hits the road, terrifies us

Did anyone else notice the cursor on the screen at 37 seconds (scene with "Pick up and go" written on the road).

PSN's Zen Pinball free with Marvel Pinball purchase

Jun 26th 2011 1:19PM (Joystiq)
@MBMBaM fan I love playing the Gameprom pinball games on my iPhone, iPad and Mac (yes, I bought them for all 3) but Zen's pinball games are absolutely awesome on the PS3. I also own the Williams Pinball collection, and while the tables are fun, I wish they would adopt the Zen model of a PSN game with DLC tables. I think they would have sold more copies this way.

I'd like to echo a later comment - the Scorcerer's Zen table is outstanding!

SCEE 'working incredibly hard' to offer protection for European PSN users [update: Sony to offer ID theft protection and free PS3, PSP games]

May 6th 2011 12:50PM (Joystiq)
@Yisrael I'm sure they're working as quickly as they can. It's a complex issue, and it's taking them a bit longer than they had hoped it would.

Canadian firm proposes class action against Sony to the tune of $1B in damages

May 4th 2011 1:10PM (Joystiq)
@HardBoiled2009 Yeah, I read about the Anonymous file as well. Thing is, if I was a smart hacker that gained access to their servers, I'd plant a file that said the same thing. Everyone knows about the Anonymous attacks against Sony, so it's pretty easy to blame them for this as well. Hey, maybe I'd plant a file that said "Bill did it" so the blame would be put onto Microsoft.

Fantastic Four table for Marvel Pinball and Pinball FX 2 in May

May 3rd 2011 1:18AM (Joystiq)
There's another table coming soon as well, though that one hasn't been announced yet. Someone on twitter who saw this trailer and the next one described it as "most epic." I can't wait to find out what it will be...
