Awesome! Mini Ninjas was a big favorite of mine! One of those lost little treasures most people skipped over... I even keep it in my vault of rare 'forever keeper' titles...
I have to say... I am not a major fan boy of Starwars... sure I like it enough to try a game or two... but SWTOR did something amazing... it has made me a Starwars fan all over... Coming from GW, LOTRO, WOW, RIFT, now SWTOR... I am thoroughly pleased with the game and its direction it is going...
Patch 1.2 will bring a lot to the table... Just imagine what patch 1.3 and 1.4 will be like?
Oh yeah... they mentioned they are working on the design prospect of guild capital ships in the future....
If anything stands out the most... it is the story... every dialogue is voiced... this completely changes the game into an amazing interactive novel... You get to learn the personalities, the back stories, the psychology of everyone story-bound therein...
Saints Row 3 has me excited... GTA5 better bring amazing things to the table to impress me... destructible everything, live mo-cap similar to L.A.Noire ... a fresh city with x10 more detail... Red Dead Redemption was amazing... GTA4... rehash snooze fest...
10 to 1 odds... new city... same engine... not much new...
Have put over 160 hours into it so far on this character... I never played Demon Souls... but I am really loving the game tremendously. For everyone that says it gets too hard at X or Y spots... there is ALWAYS an ideal solution to remedy the problem... Sure it has a few issues here and there but what game doesn't? The game is very deep and complex but most people under 50 hours never even see that ... they probably just rage quit. Sure there are some cheap design issues (Capri Demon room) but each lesson teaches you many things...
Dark Souls isn't for the timid, easily bored or people who like to skate though on easy mode. It is about combat and consequences and has some of the best overall designed world maps (as a whole) I have ever seen. PvP is very unique and designed in no other way a game has done... sure it could be faster on matchups but the overall scheme is mindblowing if you see the WHOLE big picture across pvp and how convenient work.
My only major complaint would be that I think FROM should have randomized the monster locations for NG+ and further modes to enhance reason to play it again.
Sure I have died many times, sure the bosses are very tough... but I am loving this and will definitely pickup the (wishful) sequel.
