im guessing cheating maybe referring to knocking the bottles down without actually hitting them, i.e. destroying the tables.

the legal action could be brought on for more reasons than direct competition, square could be looking at as the game would cause consumer confusion i.e. people thinking its actually from them, and when the game in question does not have a standard of quality, it could look bad on their track record. that's not to say i agree with that argument, just pointing it out.

yeah thats just bad writing, and that quote show nothing. i dont see how you could consider that a direct reference.

Im the current GM of a guild on Sargeras and we were basically having this problem except there was more of a problem with attendance.

The solution I implemented was I converted us over to a simple DKP system and made out a rules that the guild would be following from that point on, and I made it clear that you must know the rules or youll be left in the dust, within 1 day our website traffic jumped 10 fold from current members, our attendance was boosted at raids and overall the guild came together.

In fact its not even too late to do this type of thing considering I just did this action a lil over a week ago, and since then we have progressed past 2D sarth, and this week we will be attempting 3d.
