That's nearly a gig difference for languages. There's either a TON of text in this game, the fonts are massive, or a combo of both with textures as quoted above.

That's ridiculous. I have the odd feeling they might be getting a bit more game than we are in NA... I hope I'm wrong.

Hell, Helio has a deal right now for $99 Unlimited Voice/Data/Text, etc. I couldn't see paying more for less - at least with the prices VZW are offering above.

Actually, every model of the PS3 has HDMI. Even the 20GB had it. Blu-Ray requires it to output 1080p, so not having it would cripple the BR capabilities.

They're not crazy enough to do that.
