I saw that Dragon Crystal game, and I realized that it was a Rogue-like game, so I picked it up. Turns out, the game gear border for it is also in 3D, and it looks pretty awesome, actually.
So to sum up, the Vita enjoyed first week sales that could be described as 'solid'.
Honestly, Sony has the name recognition and probably has, on average, a better launch lineup than the 3DS had. Of course, the PSP had a better launch lineup than the original DS did too. I don't think that it's the quality of games that will hold the PS Vita back, it will just be the fact that their games focus on a specific demographic and don't always offer enough for others.
What it really boils down to, is if you loved your PS3's exclusive games, you'll probably love your Vita's games. If you don't, you're not likely to find what you're looking for.
For me, I got my 3DS and I finally got a bunch of great games for it. I've been hoping that Microsoft would give up on Windows phone 7 and just focus on an Xbox portable device, but I'm enjoying my 3DS just fine right now.
Really, I have to say that the controls could be better, or more clear. I have a feeling that I'll get used to them, but that might take a bit more time. It's a lot of fun, though.
I concur. It feels more like a bunch of minigames, and the action on screen reminds me of the stuff I used to watch a decade ago. Kinda like... I moved on from it.
It looks more like a better game to watch than play. I hate QTE events. I tolerate them once in a while, but they ruined God of War for me.

Mar 15th 2012 10:31PM (Joystiq)In the second movie, Soundwave had Ravage. He launched him towards the earth, which then proceeded to steal the all spark shard.
He did come to earth in the third, and took the form of some high end car. He had Razorbeak with him, then.
Don't blame anyone for not knowing that, however, because I know those movies are little more than a blur of nonsense with some garbage thrown in.

Fire Emblem: Awakening's brand new, way Japanese trailer
Feb 22nd 2012 12:39PM (Joystiq)While that is true, the combat animation hints at a more complex battle system than previous games, and that's what I'm excited about.
Not to mention the graphical effects in addition.
