Because of all of its features, its attracted a varied group of people who respond to different aspects of the device and differing tastes in games. So to make a game like Loco Roco, it will only appeal to a certain number of the install base because they dont have as similar tastes to eachother as the majority of ds buyers. But you cant say piracy ISNT a factor either. All you have to do is to a simple search and find hundred of sites with torrents for psp titles. And on has to admit that its an easier task on the psp (phat) than it is on many other systems.
