I don't understand the massive hate towards EA over Activison or Capcom. Sure EA is greedy, but that can be said about most if not all corporations in the US.
I hate the ME3 endings as much as the average fan, but I point my blame more towards Bioware. Sure there are negatives of Bioware's acquisition (DA2), but I doubt Microsoft would've given Bioware as big of a budget for ME2 or 3.
As for EA customer service, I've NEVER had a problem with them. In fact, I'd say EA has provided some of the best (for me). Just by calling and asking, I've was given all the retailer exclusive DLC at no extra cost. They even gave me all the ME2 DLC for PC just because I bought them all on Xbox.
Yes I know, and I'm usually the "it's about the journey not the destination" guy; but when your destination has been hyped up as some amazing nirvana for five years and when you get there and it's just a smoldering ditch, the disappointment kills the journey.
I wanted to get ME1 and ME2 for PC to play with mods, but after finishing ME3, playing any Mass Effect again is the definition of insanity.
I felt the same way, but I managed to power through it. If you can't, there is a site that hosts a ton of pre made Shepard saves. You can filter the saves by major choices (M/F, P/R, Ash/Kai/Lia), then look at the individual save description for their smaller choices.
I'm going out on a limb and guessing you're using the Xbox version, so here is the site with Xbox importing guide.
Yes the 2 discs were a big deal. Not because that meant I had to get up and change discs; but because it forced Bioware to cut content and make ME2 more linear. We were originally suppose to be given all the dossiers and allowed to recruit in any order we see fit. If you look it up on Youtube you can see that Legion, Samara, Thane, and Tali had dialogue on the pre-Horizon missions.
While I'm sad that Bioware will have to make ME3 linear to reduce the number of disc swaps; I'm slightly happy because I was expecting ME3 to be on 3 discs.

Feb 27th 2012 3:53PM (Joystiq)I thought that joke would finally hit the public after the From Ashes uproar. It seems the world is not ready for a BSN meme to become mainstream.
Here's a horrible thread dedicated to it:
