They can patch games in OS updates (Ridge Racer 3D the only example) I don't know why they're not patching Mario Kart.

Releasing XBLA games on disc is always a bad idea, they're in the £5 bargain bin within a month or two, regardless of the quality of the games.

I would imagine so, despite the fact we pay for it, the US is the largest audience.
