Let me just take this opportunity to express my love of the way articles on Joystiq are articulated; I really enjoy that each item is written in such a personal language, which makes it so if you "get it," the site will feel like a home away from home (or a home inside your home, on your PC screen, as it were).

That wasn't really related all that much to this article in particular, but if you've read this far then I'll bestow upon you the knowledge that I'm excited for this update.

Didn't think I'd be this excited for the launch (especially with the lack of high profile games), but a couple of weeks ago the hype just got me and I pre-ordered it with Pilot Wings Resort.

I lost Tali at the end of Mass Effect 2 and I still feel bad about it. It'll haunt me throughout ME3.

What really amazes me is that the amount of love I have for Fallout 3 is as high as the amount of hate I have for NV. This marks tthe last Obsidian-made game I'll buy in a loooong time.
