ummm, are you really serious.
It is actually very comfortable considering that it has to find space for seven seats in something which is based on a golf. And what do you mean too basic, it has all the equipment you can get on a golf (apart from AWD). Its definitely a lot more comfortable and better equipped than that horrible dodge charger i had to drive as a rental car. the only american car which i have driven and liked is the pontiac G6 which is dead now and was based on an opel/vauxhall vectra anyway

it's not actually that bad, its third row seats are comparable to something like a fiesta, just your legs are a bit more squashed as there is no footwells.
I don't see this coming to the states though, even though the normal one is a lot better looking than that monstrosity
