When is Conker Reloaded (BFD) going to be on XBOX Originals? Or even as a revamped XBLA game with just the offline stuff with new achievables....but at any rate...where is this game....and where is the sequel? I want one!

Here is the basic rundown. Microsoft is going to use a similar formula used for PC's: PC games can handle lots of different hardware, they can be designed for High-end PC's, and the software can lower the graphical fidelity if your PC is not up to par. What MS is doing is letting the Software Devs know whereabouts the 720 is going to be Graphics-wise, so they can start developing 360 games with that graphical fidelity, and then ramp it down when played on the 360. This way, when you play it on their next machine, that added fidelity can be truely realized. Essentially, Next Gen games made now.

The confusing part!

Why call it Forwards compatible? Easy, because they Games themselves are "Forwardly Compatible," not the Xbox 720. The Xbox 720 would be backwards compatible, but the games will be Forwards compatible. This way they can have Xbox 720 games with futurific graphics already on the shelf when the 720 comes out...and it will give people a reason to pick up the next console early.

Since Game remakes do so well now-adays, who wouldn't love to see Gears of War 3 "remade" on Xbox 720...but you don't have to buy a new game, just a new console.

Am I the only one that sees "Legendary" and thinks, "Oh a Halo article," only to be disappointed that it is a game called Legendary, that I really don't care about?

I think if you put 2 and 2 together, this makes sense. Bungie is working on a Halo project that Microsoft "will not own." The reason is because the Master Cheif is the protagonist in the Marathon series...and Halo 3's legendary ending leads right into the Marathon series. So it's in the Halo universe...but MS doesn't own the Marathon series. So Bungie can have their way with the Marathon remakes, whilst Microsoft has their way with Halo Wars and the Peter Jackson project.

Anyway, not confirmed, but it makes some sense. All along, Bungie has hinted that there is a tie in between Halo and marathon, based on the appearance of marathon elements in the Halo series. Something to think about.

The next box will be called Xbox^4-breaking the 3rd dimensional barrier...promising 4 dimensions of reality busting gameplay....it will be a 3"x3" cube with wireless everything and downloadable games only.

::Not Fair::

If someone were to buy the core 360, they probably don't care about a HDD or Wireless Controller, or they are really dumb. If your smart you grab the $399 console, since it comes with a HDD and Wireless controller, you are already ahead of the game. If you "Choose" to need the HD-DVD drive for $199, you may have it totaling $598. But as a gamer, you dont need the HD-DVD drive...so you lock your cost in at $399 as a gamer. Your argument in this article is pretty shallow. And Xbox Live is a proven organized online format...Sony hasn't proven themselves in this realm...I'd pay $4 a month for a service that works and works well.

The new Westinghouse televisions really blow this away. Value for money really is represented in the Westinghouse HDTV's...$1500-1800 for 37 or 42" screens with 1080P capability, multiple inputs including multiple HDMI inputs. The screens look really sharp in person. On paper this TV sounds good, but there is no comparison. I have one myself, and I would recommend them to anyone.
