Vsync shouldn't cause any noticable input lag, when implemented correctly. Though it's not always implemented correctly (I'm looking at you, Bioshock)

I had Vsync enabled in DX:HR, and I had no input lag whatsoever.

I think he has a different definition of "AI" from the rest of the computing-world.

I have, it's not great. I was hoping for something that actually tries to teach you music notation, piano techniques, etc. Not a guitar-hero clone that threw in a notation-display as an after-thought.

Yeah, no kidding. I bought an XBox 360 two years ago, used it once, and it's been sitting there unused ever since. For multiplayer multiplats, both PC and PS3 have free online while XBox you have to pay. For single-player multiplats, I play on PS3 simply because I like the controller better.

The only exclusives I wanted to play on Xbox were Alan Wake and Limbo, but both of those are on PC now. Meanwhile, PS3 has Infamous 1/2, Little Big Planet 1/2, Uncharted 1-3, Heavy Rain, GT5...
