I have had my account canceled for, oh I don't know, 2 years now. I woke up to a $25 charge fro square enix last Tuesday (the day when the systems went haywire). It's been literally impossible to get a hold of customer service and I had to go through my bank to dispute the charges and get a new card. Thanks Playonline.
