i agree with him.
developers might not like apples decision to block flash as a third layer, but apples interest are the users and the user-experience. as a user and flash-developer, i agree with apples stance. the user-experience is the most important thing.

if you don't like apples position, do not develop for the iphone/ipad/ixxx. there are other platforms.

i hereby welcome the nokia marketing drones!

funny, in the press picture he is holding up a pad with windows 7. i've seen another press shot in the newspaper today where it is way more clear.. if they want to release it in a week, better hurry up

and btw, i think this interface is hideous..

exactly my thoughts. except of the nerds and geeks, who the f*** cares if there can be 20 apps open at the same time. as an iphone user i do not understand why this is coming to iphone for example. no need, just a resource hog. it is perfectly fine for me to switch from one app to the other via home-button. but well.

It is a beatiful system, no doubt about that. but i think not very useful at the end. you will scroll scroll scroll to the right just to know what is there. there is no preview/navigation/whatsoever to tell you what more is coming from the right. might be good for the adventurous-one, but on a phone? you want to get things done.

i think it is a beautiful tablet-interface, but for a phone too much eyecandy and reduced functionality..

hm.. maybe microsoft offered him the money to code a twitter client and pull back the one from the app-store. you know, like: code for us. only for us.
maybe that's why the programmer declined..

my german friend, i do not agree. i think it is just business pratice.. they (amazon) want to use the network of deutsche telekom or vodafone (both have much better coverage and faster networks than the others) but do not give enough money, then they have to look somewhere else. easy free market practice..
