Skyrim updates coming the week after Thanksgiving, Hines hopes

@Undulation

Yet you must be pretty insecure to come on a gaming blog with such a baseless air of superiority. Learn a new skill or instrument? How about getting better on things you already know, huh? Or do you just fail at everything, always hopping from one thing to the next without ever being able to identify? Must suck to not be able to be interested/be good in something to the point where you can get immersed.

Gives this a few weapons, and it screams Redline. That would be the best racing game ever.

...they're all anthropomorphic, doesn't matter if one of them's bald and the other's Bigfoot.

"Check out a trailer after the break and try not to focus on the fact that the game stars anthropomorphic animals."

Classless comment, Mr. Fletcher. Don't understand why every single news topic on this game so far has had the Joystiq staff taking shots at the fact that it has anthropomorphic characters in it. Don't see you all doing it to Sonic or Star Fox, huh?

Assassin's Creed: Revelations concludes Ezio's story this November

May 5th 2011 4:12PM (Joystiq)
I don't understand where people are complaining about Brotherhood/Ezio, there's no need to reinvent the wheel EVERY TIME. If Ubi can do a yearly, high quality cycle for another year or two until people want a break from AC, why bite the hand that feeds you (and still take the food during)?

Second, this has become my new pet peeve: gamers saying they can't play games because of college. What? Look, I know I'm not the best college student, but even the busiest, hard science major people I know still have time to play and complete games within a reasonable amount of time. Still at 30% completion on -AC2- 'cus of 'college'? Apparently, they suck at playing games AND at school. Truly, it's one of the lamest excuses for laziness that this generation uses.

Also, people complaining that Ezio is what, 48 years old by the end of Brotherhood? Idiotic. Gaming needs more than slick haired, cocky teens or infinitely aged demon constructs. Ezio is a fascinating character, and I'm glad Ubi is deciding to see his story out with one more full feature.

Sonic Generations footage has something old, something new, and two blue things

Wow, someone else DID like it! It certainly had its flaws like any game, but people just bash on it because it's easy for them to keep doing something they've always done. It was different, but still really well implemented. Awesome dude, you have won my internet respect already. I hope this comment gets to you if you're subscribed, haha.

I must be the only one who loved Sonic Unleashed, all of it (minus -one- special hog stage in the Chinese area, holy hell that sucked). This looks like they put old Sonic on graphical steroids (the first half looks gorgeous), and new Sonic is straight from Unleashed. The person/AI playing new Sonic was actually pretty good to my eyes. If anyone's concerned that in new Sonic parts that they'll just have to hold right or forward and jump, go play some of the later speed levels in Unleashed. The last level..that was ridiculously long for a Sonic game.

Nintendo distributing Solatorobo in Europe this year

I was just about to sell my DS, and then this news just reminded me that I probably shouldn't. I'll definitely import this. Namco is hella awesome, even if they make me sad by not bringing over some of their best games to NA. Namco and Atlus, the last two gaming companies I still truly support.
